MERCOSUR Provision 7885/2022: GMC Resolution No. 37/20 "MODIFICATION OF GMC RESOLUTIONS No. 24/11 and 62/14 issued

GMC RESOLUTION No. 37/20 enters into force with the modification of RESOLUTION No. 24/11 and 62/14 "MERCOSUR Technical Regulation on the list of substances that personal hygiene products, cosmetics and perfumes must not contain, except in the conditions and with the established restrictions". The RESOLUTION No. 37/20 prohibites use of 8 new ingredients in personal hygiene products and have restricted the use of 2 new ingredients.
