Brazil is looking to revise its “List of actives allowed in products cosmetics for straightening or waving the hair” through draft Resolution 1129 whereby Thiolactic Acid will be permitted to be used in cosmetics for straightening or waving the hair. Public comments are sought within 45 days of issuing this communication document.
