The German Cosmetic, Toiletry, Perfumery and Detergent Association (IKW), the French Fédération des Entreprises de la Beauté (FEBEA), and Health & Media GmbH have all joined forces to launch COSMILE Europe, an initiative of Cosmetics Europe.
A database of about 30,000 cosmetic ingredients called COSMILE Europe provides reliable, verified, and scientifically supported information on them. T the database can be used to learn more about specific compounds in a cosmetic products, including their functions and benefits. There are fourteen languages currently accessible, and additional will develop.
