In January 2023, National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China updated the notification information of three new cosmetic ingredients (NCIs), namely Donkey oil (notified on January 4, 2023), Azelamidopropyl Dimethyl Amine (notified on January 4, 2023) and Potassium Dihydroavenous Alkaloid D (notified on January 6, 2023).
