China: Comments sought on Guidelines for the Collection and Reporting of Adverse Reactions to Cosmetics by Cosmetics Registrants and Recordators (Trial)

In order to implement the Administrative Measures for the Monitoring and Management of Adverse Reactions to Cosmetics, standardize the collection and reporting of adverse reactions to cosmetics, and guide and help cosmetics registrants and recordators to carry out the monitoring of adverse reactions to cosmetics, NMPA's Center for Drug Reevaluation has drafted the Guidelines for the Collection and Reporting of Adverse Reactions to Cosmetics Registrants and Recordators (Trial), which is now open to the public for comments till December 9, 2022.
