Announcement of the State Food and Drug Administration on the issuance of the Administrative Measures for Sampling Inspection of Cosmetics (No. 5 of 2023)

In order to strengthen the supervision and management of cosmetics and standardise the sampling and inspection of cosmetics in accordance with the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics, the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics Production and Operation, and other laws and regulations, the State Food and Drug Administration organised and formulated the Administrative Measures for Sampling and Inspection of Cosmetics. Administrative Measures for Cosmetic Sample Inspection Sampling has been attached.
