Judgment by the General Court of the European Union on the classification of titanium dioxide will be appealed

The General Court of the European Commission's ruling regarding titanium dioxide (TiO2), which was issued on November 23, 2022, has been appealed, the European Commission has notified the Titanium Dioxide Manufacturers Association (TDMA). Furthermore, announcing its intention to appeal, the French government issued a press announcement on February 13, 2023. France has the right to file an appeal because it is a Member State, and the European Commission is the Defendant.
