All ordinary cosmetics (including domestically produced and imported ordinary cosmetics) that have been registered and filed for an year are required to submit annual report before March 31, 2023. The notifiers are required to submit this annual report through an registration and notification platform i.e. https://zwfw.nmpa.gov.cn
