New and extended cosmetics regulation standards include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Recall authority for obligations
Companies with well-established, well-documented practises for responsible facility operations, production, and product safety are well-positioned to comply with the new criteria, the majority of which go into effect on December 29, 2023.
