CTPA Webinar: UK Enforcement for Cosmetics and Competent Authorities

CTPA is hosting a free webinar on 17 April 2024, titled 'UK Enforcement for Cosmetics and Competent Authorities'. The webinar will feature the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS), the national regulator for cosmetics, who will provide an overview of the organisation's structure, management of cosmetic safety, case studies of enforcement, and sector-specific investigations. Richard Knight from Trading Standards will guide companies through how Trading Standards Officers may request information and deliver enforcement actions, using real-life examples and case studies. The webinar is open to CTPA members and non-members, with an opportunity for Q&A.
