The Supervision and Administration of Enterprises' Implementation of the Main Responsibility for Quality and Safety of Cosmetics (No. 125 of 2022) Regulations were published by NMPA a month later, on December 29, 2022, and will go into effect on March 1, 2023. In order to urge enterprises to implement the main responsibility of cosmetics quality and safety, strengthen the awareness of enterprise quality and safety responsibility, standardize the quality and safety management behavior of cosmetics, and ensure the quality and safety of cosmetics, in accordance with the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics and the Administrative Measures for the Registration and Filing of Cosmetics, the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics Production and Operation, and the Good Manufacturing Practice for Cosmetics, the State Food and Drug Administration has organized and formulated the Provisions on the Supervision and Administration of Enterprises' Implementation of the Principal Responsibility for Cosmetics Quality and Safety, which is hereby promulgated.
