FDA Seeks Public Comment on Information Collection for Export Certificate Applications for Human Food and Cosmetic Products

On May 15, 2024 the Food and Drug Administration(FDA) is allowing public comment on proposed information collection related to export certificate applications for FDA-regulated human food and cosmetic products. This is in line with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, which requires Federal Agencies to publish notices in the Federal Register and allow 60 days for public response. The notice aims to gather feedback on the proposed collection of information.

Comments can be received either electronic or written by July 15, 2024.
