Notice of the Central Inspection Institute on soliciting suggestions for the revision of the "Cosmetics Safety and Technical Specifications" in 2023

China's National Institutes of Food and Drug Control (NIFDC) is seeking comments on the formulation and revision of relevant content of the "Safety and Technical Specifications for Cosmetics". The content of the revision proposal shall include the type of revision, the purpose of revision, the scope of application, domestic and foreign conditions, etc. At the same time, it can provide relevant scientific literature, demonstration reports and other relevant materials that support the formulation and revision of the project. Drug regulatory departments, inspection agencies, cosmetics industry associations, cosmetics-related enterprises and scientific research institutions at all levels may put forward suggestions for formulation and revision.
