Draft Decree of the Head of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency concerning the Program for Drafting Legislation within the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency in 2023

Indonesian Food and Drug Administration (BPOM) released the 2023 legislative plan on Jan. 10, 2023 for Drugs, Traditional Medicines, Health Supplements, Cosmetics, Processed Foods and Narcotics. It include details for Regulation for Supervision on Manufacture and Circulation of Cosmetics, Guidelines for Product Information File (PIF),Regulation Concerning the Control of Perfume Refill, Limitations for Contamination in Cosmetics, Technical Requirements for Cosmetic Labelling and Regulation for Cosmetics Adverse Reaction Monitoring. BPOM will soon amend or release the finalized version of the regulation.
