Naghma brings with her a professional experience of over 10 years in regulatory affairs in the FMCG sector. She has been associated with some of the key players in the cosmetic industry and has hands on experience in regulatory compliance of all categories of cosmetic products, dossier preparation as per the applicable regulatory guidelines, as well as executing internal & GMP audits.
At Freyr, she has been quite instrumental in end to end support for cosmetics registration for various APAC markets such as India, ASEAN (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand in particular) and has supported clients with formulation assessment, label review, claims review and product registration, etc. She has been actively involved in multiple projects and has delivered them successfully.
She is a certified auditor in Halal Assurance Systems can also support halal certification for the cosmetics industry.

He is highly experienced in helping clients with compliance of a wide range of cosmetic products with COFEPRIS regulations. And supports them by conducting site research and preparing analyses and responses to handle any Health authority queries.
He works with the clients to support their business through the provision of regulatory strategies aligned with their and business objectives and mid and long-term market launch plans and ensure that all related processes and procedures meet the requirements of all applicable regulatory standards.
He brings in his leadership and operational capabilities by establishing and maintaining a high performing team whilst overseeing the day-to-day actions of the regulatory Affairs department.

With a career across multiple areas of cosmetic regulatory affairs and her entrepreneur perspective, Sonia brings to the table a lot of experience in cosmetic safety assessment and regulatory affairs consulting. She is highly experienced in helping clients to ensure safety of their products and to comply with the constantly changing European cosmetic regulation. At Freyr, she is the Head of Delivery, EU cosmetics. She has pursued her higher education in chemistry and is a leading qualified professional cosmetic safety assessor in the EU and UK.

A biotechnologist by education, Maggie started her regulatory affairs career with a summer internship right after her first year at university and remained in the profession ever since. By the time she finished her studies, she could claim drafting 300+ safety reports. Since then, she enjoyed a steady growth in the role of a safety assessor and became a person to rely upon when it comes to quick & accurate regulatory advice.
